Every Step Led Here

2018-2021

Tried everything. Kept what mattered

Won Designer of the Year for a cover page that put my college on Mumbai University’s radar. But while design was my starting point, I was already exploring more; jumping between agencies, projects, and industries, figuring out what felt right.

Graduation gave me a degree. The journey gave me clarity!

2020

Where Things Got Busy

Stepped into agency life and hit the ground running. Writing for multiple clients, handling international markets, and jumping between deadlines became the norm. Somewhere between client calls and last-minute revisions, I learned how to think on my feet, manage tight turnarounds, and get things done.

Turns out, I could do a lot more than I thought.

2021

One Brand. Bigger Impact.

I had worked across industries. Now, it was time to switch gears. I joined a brand-based startup, stepping into a role where I was scaling something from the ground up.

Over the next three years, I climbed the ladder, led a team, and learned the nuances of growing from scratch. Startups move fast, and so did I. This wasn’t just about content anymore; it was about strategy, leadership, and decisions that made a difference.

2022

Movement & Growth

Work kept me busy, but every chance I got, I packed a bag and left. Every holiday, every work-from-home stretch; I used it to explore India’s cities, absorbing everything beyond the usual routine.

Turns out, stepping away from life as you know it makes you see it differently. The world keeps moving, with or without you. Travel reminded me of time, change, and how little really stays the same (it rhymes *-*). Every trip left me lighter, clearer, and more present. Nothing changed. Except how I saw everything.

2023

A Nod to the Work

Got recognised for going above and beyond as a Marketer. It was one of those company-wide annual awards that are meant to feel big. And while awards don’t define the work, a little positive reinforcement never hurts. It’s easy to keep moving without looking back, but moments like these remind you to pause; even if just for a second; before diving into what’s next.

2024

And just like that, another chapter closes.

After three years, I walked away from more than just a job. I had built a team from the ground up; writers, editors, freelancers; people I trusted, people I knew had my back. And somewhere along the way, I had built more than that. Company-wide friendships, inside jokes, and moments that made the long hours worth it.

My incredible team outdid themselves with the sweeeeetest send-off gift; a scrapbook packed with our memories. From handwritten notes from all my favorite people to meme pictures that only we could decode, my creative crew truly went "above and beyond."

If there was any doubt I made an impact, my team literally put it in print.

2025

One day, I’m working on AI. The next, I’m figuring out how to make learning more engaging for kids. This year has been anything but predictable.

Some of my most exciting projects happened here; JSW, OneLocal, Pepper Content. After a full-term sprint, I was working across industries, taking on projects that pushed the limits of what I could do. National, international, fast-paced, and full of impact.

If any year defined my range, this is the one.
